Designed and located for visiting professors to Xavier University. This location is also very popular with physicians, travel nurses, and interns to our many area hospitals.
Since coming online in 2012 this beautifully updated one bedroom has been our most requested and most re-booked apartment of all the units we have to offer.
It offers a modern decor, washer/dryer in the unit, large flat screen TVs in both the living and bedroom, expanded cable, internet/wifi, private off street parking, deck, large kitchen, close to parks, shopping and restaurants, there is even a family style fun center with rollerskating and games across the street. Perfect temporary apartment while relocating
The location was perfect for me. The lady I worked with (Shannon) was a delight and very helpful. I am Certified Public Accountant and I can tell you that I consider the value to be incredible! Super clean,cozy, safe.....exactly what I needed for my short (3 months) stay. I recommend this place and these people to anyone needing a temporary place to live.
