This property was located in a great spot. The ocean views from the two Lanais were amazing. Lots of room for everyone. It was nice having restaurants and bars right below.

Had the corner unit with floor to ceiling windows and doors, large size 2 bd 2 ba plenty of room for our family of four, stocked well with everything including beach equipment, boogie boards, etc.

The property was great except that I could not turn the AC off in the master bedroom, and the unit was directly above my head - it leaked water the entire week......I had to move the bed out from the wall and put a towel under the unit. The location was great, everything else was good.

Totally enjoyed the view & the large 2 bed & bath corner unit. Love the Illikai property.
Appreciated the quick response of property manager with concerns with replacement coffee pot, kitchen towels & pillow cases.
The unit could have been cleaner & better appointed: needed pillow cases, better pillows, kitchen towels & laundry basket. Dishwasher doesn’t work well, toaster & blender very unclean. Nice to have some beach items: 3 towels, boogie boards & umbrellas (albeit both broken- one not usable). Laundry machines not working had to go to different floors to use. Loud from street below & 2 hour protest with megaphones from neighboring building.
Beds & furniture were comfortable enough. Large tv’s.
Overall nice unit but a bit tired. Mahalo.

The location is awesome but the in keep of the suite was unprofessional. The comforters to the beds in both rooms were dirty/ smelly , the face / bath towels in both bathrooms/bedrooms were smelly and the furniture had stains on them, fingerprints all over the T.V , ice tray was broken and just laying in the freezer, the beach towels had stains all over them and the furniture pillows had stains all over them and the walls to the suite had different stain spots that are very visible all over as well. The stove is dirty, the rice machine looks bad. The entire suite also needs a dark shade all around the suite so your able to watch T.V. the sunlight glare comes straight through the shades that are there now.
