Estes Park License #3364. Go to sleep with the sound of the river outside. Easy walk to town, walk into RMNP, or just sit by the river and fish. Peaceful retreat with all the amenities close by. Big beautiful windows let the beauty of Estes Park envelope you. Full kitchen, wood stove, free internet and movies. Hike up Old Man Mountain behind the cabin or do nothing at all. An amazing location that has been in our family for 50 years.
The main floor has a big kitchen and great room and also is where the master bedroom is. Big windows look right at the river. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a big bathroom with shower/tub. Loved it!
We had special needs for this trip to Estes Park because one of our party has a number of physical limitations. I was very grateful that she was perfectly comfortable in the first floor master. Overall, it was a gorgeous location, a lovely spacious house, and a wonderful trip.

All we'd hoped for, and more!
Our stay at Cabin on Fall River was amazing. We loved the location, so enjoyed the river. Cabin was very spacious and anything we could have needed was provided. A very comfortable lovely home. We could not have been happier with our choice. Would definitely return. It was the perfect place for our stay in Estes.

Perfect Family Getaway
My grandparents owned the home next to this one for over 30 years and when I wanted to take my son back to Estes Park, I was thrilled to find that we could be right where all of my wonderful childhood memories took place. The house is right on the river and perfect for a larger group. Beds are comfortable, views from every room, kitchen is well stocked with spices, dishes, pans etc. so you can plan to cook all of your meals in the home. We hope to go back for years to come and can't say enough about this gem.
