This property has it's own private L shaped pool with plenty of sunbathing area, and has a large terrace with a covered area and a fully equipped outside kitchen and BBQ. The villa stands in beautiful grounds with tropical plants and fruit trees, and has a good sized drive with a garage and car port for covered parking.

The terrace has just been retiled in terracotta and the pool is now separated from the terrace by a pool fence and gate for those with children. There is an outdoor solar heated shower beside the pool.

Inside, the villa has been redecorated throughout and boasts 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area. Interaction with guests
Keys will be left for you when you arrive, and Vere, our English/Spanish speaking pool maintenance contractor will be visiting twice weekly to clean and monitor the pool. We will be in the neighbouring village of Potries, and always available by telephone in case of any problems.
Otherwise, we will stay out of your way!

We had a great holiday Lovely setting and fantastic pool which was needed as it was very hot during our 2 week stay The owners were very helpful and attentive Thanks for all your help Alison and family

Stayed a week at Villa Panorama. Lovely quiet location. Pool was the best part. We swam all week. Came here after 3 weeks travelling and the Villa offered clothes washing facilities which was great. Need a car to get to shops and beach as it is a bit too far to walk. Ownership changed recently and the new owners were...

Oliva has a Mediterranean-Subtropical climate, with over 230 days above 20 °C.The winters are mild and temperate whilst summers are hot and dry.The average annual temperature is 18.5 °C, making Oliva a perfect base for walking, hiking, and cycling, especially in the Spring and Autumn.
From a beautiful level walk (or cycle) along the disused railway line and river from Villalonga to L'Orxa, to hiking up La Safor to 1011m with amazing views over the coast and mountains, there are many walking routes with maps/guides at the Tourist Info Office in Oliva.
Nearby is swimming in salt and freshwater springs, the incredible caves at Cova del Rull, Aqualandia Water Park in Cullera (30 mins), Calpe's Roc d'Ifach, beaches and nature reserve (40 mins)
Getting around
There is a train station in nearby Gandia with regular hourly very reasonably priced services to Valencia.
There are regular buses to Gandia from Oliva.
The villa is a 20 minute walk to the nearest bar restaurant 'El Pelut' at 1.5kms, and another 10 minute walk to the town centre at 2.5kms.
The villa is a 5 minute taxi ride into the centre of town.
Car hire is reasonable from £15/day from both Valencia and Alicante Airports.

Valencia airport is a 50 minute drive and Alicante 1 hour. Ryan Air and Easy Jet fly to both airports. The train now goes into Valencia airport for an easy onward journey. Car hire is available from both airports from £15/day, use price comparison sites for the best deal.

The journey to the property is straight forward via the A7 E11 motor way, step by step directions will be provided to make your journey as smooth as possible.
