This is a gorgeous holiday property, its close enough to the beach but quiet enough to hear the birds and the bees. It is a nicely laid out property and is on one level. At the front of the house is a large brick covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and table and chairs for al fresco eating, its a great place to relax. As you go in though the large patio doors you come straight into the lounge, there is a twin bedded bedroom (currently the beds are pushed together to make a King Size bed but can be separated) off the lounge which has its own entrance via the front terrace. The large lounge is bright and airy and is equipped with comfortable sofas, coffee tables a flat screen tv and fireplace. Whilst this house doesn't have air conditioning there are plenty of fans available. You can leave the front and rear doors open so the breezes can flow freely through the house. As you walk out of the back door there is another covered terrace with table and chairs. Here you will find your lovely private swimming pool which is exclusive to guests staying in the villa. The pool is surround by a hedge, grass and selection of plants. There is a cold water feed outside shower available next to the pool. Also next to the pool you will find the fabulous summer kitchen which is equipped with a brick built bbq and plumbed in sink/waste facility. The utility room/store room is to the left of the kitchen and the washing machine is located in there. There is a secure gate at the side of the house and parking is available on the property. There is a small garden at the front of the house as well. It will take you approximately 8- 10 minutes to walk to the beach, restaurants and bars The road to the beach is flat (no hills to climb) .This property is legally registered with the Valencian Tourist Authority (VTA) and is classified and certified by the VTA as 'authorised tourist accommodation'. Please ask if you require any information. Lead guest must be over the age of 30. We reserve the right to refuse large groups. Smoking only permitted outside or on the terrace. The standard Meet & Greet fee included in the price if arrival is during normal working hours, a charge of €25 if arriving out of hours (1800 to 23.00) or weekends and fiesta days. Please respect siesta hours between 14.00 - 17.00 and no excessive noise after 22.30.

Tucked away off a road half way between the N332 to the beach. A charming one level villa with 4 well proportioned rooms decorated to a high standard. New fitted kitchen which had everything. The villa had its own private pool which is a God...More

House had all what was needed and more. Very clean... Had no problems at all. Internet was available but kids did not use it as each day was beautiful so we could enjoy the pool, BBQ, beach and restaurants less then 10 minutes walking..

About the neighbourhood
Oliva is a Spanish market town unlike Gandia to the north and the sea side towns to the south Oliva is unique with very little tourism, we don't have high rise hotels, kiss me quick hats or nightclubs and discotheques. Instead Oliva offers small bars, outside cafes, fabulous fiestas, moorish architecture, local prices and beautiful, natural beaches. Oliva has many good and inexpensive restaurants. You will find Spanish bars serving 'menu del dia', a 3 course lunch with beverage for around 9 euros both in town and on the beach area. There are several 'chiringuitos' (beach bars) that are dotted along the beach during the summer months, the largest one is 'Oli Ba Ba' and is located on Sector 5 beach.
Getting around
During the summer months the local 'Olibus' runs from the Paseo in town to the beach and back. The nearest bus stop is on the road behind the beach and is approximately 1 km from the house. The town is located approximately 3km away.Buses are available from the paseo and the N332 to local towns and villages on a frequent basis and are very cheap. During the summer months there is a frequent 'Olibus' service to and from the beach. Bus timetables can be collected from the Tourist Office. Oliva does not have a train station. The nearest train station is Gandia to the north or Denia to the south. There are several local taxis should you need one.
