In the garden there are tables and chairs for 100 people (on request). Inside the Villa there is also a large room with beautiful views for celebrations. Bohemian Villa is located 1km from the white town of Alora in Malaga. Ronda and Marbella are at a close distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal base to enjoy Andalusia and its magic. You can enjoy your stay in a country setting and just 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. There are many hiking trails and the Caminito del Rey is 15 km away. From the Villa you walk for 5 min to the Renfe station. There are only two stops at El Chorro, 8 min. And to get to the center of Málaga about 35 minutes. And to the airport 45 minutes (cost: by train € 3 / by taxi € 45) Also in El Chorro there is a Via Ferrata and more than 1500 climbing routes, a paradise for climbers. In Álora there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants for all customers and purses. It is a town with an infinity of local shops and boutiques. Rules: -It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized. -Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa. -Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay. -A responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the villa regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit. Booking Conditions: -Cleaning service during the stay is not included. -Customers must pay a deposit at the time of arrival of 100 Euros (in cash), it will be returned upon departure. Not in a suitable state to be rented out
This house is not in a fit state to be rented out. Leaking bathrooms, water damage to ceilings, electricity that does not work in some rooms, no hot water - in fact, no water at all for 2 of the 6 days we rented - and no facilities whatsoever for rubbish disposal. With regard to the 'amenities' supposedly provided - overhead fan not working on cooker, microwave not working, no air conditioning (couple of old fans) and a TINY dishwasher (house was rented for 11 guests!) The whole place needs a complete overhaul and the owner obviously cannot afford to make the necessary renovations. The person responsible for giving us the key and looking after the house in the owner's absence was very friendly and did his best to solve the problems that arose throughout our stay. He also very kindly extended the check-out time on the last day as some of the group had late flights home.

Dejadez y baños averiados
Nada más llegar, una casa que se anuncia con 6 baños para 17 personas nos informan que 2 baños no tienen agua caliente y que no nos lo reparan. Que no encuentran a nadie dadás las fechas. Finalmente eran 3 los baños de los que no conseguimos agua caliente. El resto tenían termos eléctricos pequeños por lo que teníamos que ir turnándonos a lo largo del día para conseguir agua caliente para todos. Ni reclamándole a la propiedad ni a la agencia Priority Villas y Apartaments conseguimos nada. Además otro de los baños se atoró al minuto de llegar y el lavavajillas inservible. La casa tiene un punto importante de dejadez tanto en exteriores como en interiores. La cocina para la capacidad de la casa es muy pequeña y el salón junto a la cocina más pequeño aún. Así que si no hace buen tiempo y se puede disfrutar de los exteriores es muy incómoda. La zona acristalada que si es bastante grande, al estar tan alejada de la cocina bajando unas escaleras altísimas, no es útil. La propietaria estaba fuera de la provincia y la persona que nos envía a recibirnos nos nos proporciona su teléfono. La ubicación es buena para nosotros que somos de Malaga pero nos gusta salir al campo sin coger vehículos y tampoco era el caso. Somos usuarios de casas rurales desde hace 25 años y está no ha sido una buena experiencia.
