We provide an emailed 16 page guest letter upon booking/receiving your contact information that covers the typical how to access//what is provided/ do's and don't information. In short bring a tooth brush and a swim suit and you will be pretty much set. Most of the guest letter focuses on things to do during your Kona/Big Island stay! A 2 week stay only touches the surface of what to do/see on the Big Island. We also provide you with our direct phone #'s for questions upon booking.

The best attraction nearby this condo is the surfers in your front yard! We spend hours watching these athletes do their thing! Most days the attraction is right there from dawn to dusk. The condo itself is beautifully remodeled with everything you need for a great stay. Lynn and Sharon are just a minute away if there is any problem and are very quick to respond. They are committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. And if you are missing your pups (like we do), they will bring their sweet little dog over for some puppy time! I can't say enough about our vacations at this condo, we have been coming for several years and will continue to do so for many more!

Because we live on island 8 months out of the year and do our own turnovers when on island we can insure a clean, well maintained condo for your arrival.

About the neighbourhood
The 6 mile stretch of Alii Drive between the coastal village of Kailua Kona
and Keauhou is right out of a 'Paradise' novel with its palm trees and tropical vegetation. Condo complexes, private homes and vacant land intermix. While driving you are frequently next to the ocean with associated panoramic views.

A rental car is the most convenient. Free covered parking is provided.
There is a $2/pp/each way into town trolley running into the
late evening in case you want to go into town for a restaurant/bar
and don't want to hassle driving.
