We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Just a few things to note, please don't smoke in bedrooms area. According to local law, after 10pm, sound system or loud noises should be reduced. Parties cannot be held without management knowledge or present and outsiders or guests that are not in our list are not allowed to stay over.

Best Villa ever!
We started our Bali vacation with a chillout week at Villa Ruku.
This was certainly the best idea we could have had. After a 24 hour trip from Germany we felt relaxed after the first 5 minutes. The villa is beatifull, close to everything but still just outside of the Seminyak hustle. All the good restaurants as well as fantastic Batu Belig Beach are within a 5 min scooter ride.
But it's not only the villa that is perfect. The manager Benjamin and his helpful and friendly crew did a fantastic job of arranging all our needs. Already the communication prior to our arrival was perfect, so we had the pleasant certainty that everything would be just as advertised on arrival. And our expectation were surpassed :)
During our stay, the housemaid took care of us perfectly in a warm but unobtrusive way. Fresh Bali Coffee and fruits for breakfast everyday :)
This is the best recommendation we ever gave to a host!

Paradise Revisited in Seminyak
Second trip to Bali staying at Villa Ruku Ruku. Private villa, quiet and peaceful. Once you enter the villa it is your own piece of paradise equipped with your own pool, kitchen and two air conditioined bedrooms both with fabulous open air stone bathrooms. And then to top it off the most beautiful housekeeper in Bali called Wayan. An absolute treasure who arrives and cooks a daliy breakfast of one's choosing and then cleans the villa spotlessly for a few hours, never impinging on your relaxation. Then you meet the gardener, Ketut, the poolman and the wonderfully hospitable agent, Benjamin. The rates are cheap and its only a $3 taxi to Seminyak Square to soak up the beach clubs, shops and restauarnts of Bali. I almost hesitate to recommend Ruku Ruku as it is a hidden treasure that I always want to stay at and if too many people find out about it, it may be too popular!!
The services are second to none, a driver picks you up from the airport, the villa has filtered water, a music sound system and a mobile phone is provided for your entire stay. I will go back and back to this villa as the hospitality and Balinese style of this place is amazing!! See you all next year again! Julie

Perfection
Can not recommend villa Ruku Ruku enough to anyone seeking privacy and an amazing setting. Wayan, the villa maid is an absolute treasure and the villa managers make the entire process smooth and easy. From pre-ordered groceries, to restaurant bookings and organising spa treatments in villa; nothing is too much for these guys. Do yourself a favour and just book this villa now- you will not regret it.
Thank you so much Ben and staff, we look forward to utilising your services again soon.

Paradise found at Villa Ruku Ruku, Seminyak, Bali
Villa Ruku Ruku was the most beautiful and peaceful location to holiday at. Everything one could hope for was provided from the pool,and luxurious garden setting to a water filter machine and mosquito coils. The staff who attended to our every need, in particular the housekeeper Wayan, were friendly, helpful and informative and ensured our stay was a happy one. The aircon in the bedroonms was appreciated plus the two roomy bathrooms adjoining each bedroom. Great value - I will be back and also telling all my friends about it.

Wonderful
We (family of four)were picked up at the airport after a 14 hours flight,and when we arrived at the villa Wayan welcomed us with a lovely fresh juice. We were amazed by the beauty of the villa and felt comfortable right away. In the morning Wayan prepared us a wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit,juice and pancakes and helped with taxi arrangements and did our grocery shopping as well. She even made us breakfast on Sunday, the only day she didn't have to work. We really felt spoilt and loved our stay. A pity we only stayed for four nights. We hope to come back some day.

What an amazing week!
From the outset of booking, Benjamin was on-the-ball and replied almost instantly to any email we sent. He organised for some shopping to be in the villa on our arrival, told us about renting a driver with car and organised our airport pick-up - couldn't have been better.
We arrived at Denpasar and our driver was ready and waiting, no problems. The transfer to the villa took about 40 minutes and the driver gave us lots of good tips for food and tourist destinations.
The villa is located right next to a rice paddy field - almost 'in' the rice paddy, lots of photo ops. The villa is totally self-contained. The garden and pool area is wonderful, the pool even big enough for a few lengths, not just splashing around. Two bedrooms sit either side of an open-sided living area/kitchen.
Dolla (Villa manager) met us with a welcome drink and showed us around the villa. Dolla was invaluable during our stay. She gives you a small cell phone for queries and we needed her a few times for taxis and directions - thanks again Dolla!
As well as the villa being amazing, Wayan (house keeper) was also the star of the show. For only the cost of the food, Wayan prepared an amazing breakfast each morning, and she also cooked us an amazing Nasi Goreng one evening served at the outdoor dining table. Her pancakes with honey and cinnamon were wonderful - thanks Wayan!
The bedrooms had big 4-poster beds with mozzie nets around them which were incredibly comfy. The bedroom which had the TV/DVD player had a shower bathroom. The bedroom which had the safe had a bath in the bathroom.
A taxi to Seminyak (Potato Head, Bistrot Bar, etc...) cost about 35,000 Rupiah = £2.20. There's a menu in the villa for Bali Buddha, which deliver amazing healthy food for lunch - delicious. It cost 600,000 Rupiah (£35) for a driver/car for the day - perfect day out.

Simply beautiful!!
Honestly, this villa is simply beautiful, cozy, romantic, quite, I cannot find a single thing I didnt like!! The small wooden window with a view on the rice field is unbeatable! The 2 bedrooms are nicely furnished and the attached bathroom are also really nice. The lounge area and the pool is perfect for chilling out- there are also Bose speakers where u can plug ur iphod/pc and listen to your music. Staff is lovely and helpful we felt in paradise! The location is also very convenient at the beginning of umalas really close to petitenget and the action in seminiak! Benjamin was really nice to arrange bike rental and airport pick up, everything was just perfect! hope to stay in villa ruku ruku again!

Stunning villa, perfect locaion!
We absolutely loved the villa and it was everything we expected and so much more. Ben was always helpful and very accomodating.
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at home by Wyan. She was so helpful with regards to shopping on our behalf, advise on trips and tours of Bali, organizing motorbikes to hire and cooking wonderful breakfasts.
The villa is close to the beach, great restaurants and wonderful shopping yet perfect for just a lazy day relaxing next to the pool.
We will most certainly returnto Villa Ruku Ruku.

A private paradise!
We stayed at Villa Ruku Ruku for our honeymoon which lasted 10 magical days. The villa was exactly how it looks in the pictures! Wayan (the lovely lady that comes in the morning to make you breakfast and clean) was absolutely outstanding. She helped us book tours and helped show us the 'real' Bali. Her food is amazing and her local knowledge of the surrounding area is invaluable. I can't say enough about Benjamin! He was brilliant from the very first email. Excellent communication and very open. A true gentleman. As far as location goes, it is incredibly easy to get a taxi to the main eating and drinking establishments (make sure to always use Blue Bird Taxis!), with the longest ride we did being South Kuta for dinner and the ride lasted about 10 min and cost about 30,000RP which was rounded up for a tip. We had no issues with Mosquitos (probably due to the number of very cool geckos around the villa!). All in all, we can't recommend this place enough! We have found a private retreat which is a slice of paradise to go back to time and time again!

Best place to stay in Seminyak !!!
We spent an amazing week in this house...
Decorated witgh great taste, we felt so comfortable and slept like babies. The staff is brilliant and friendly. Benjamin is very efficient and nice, he can provide many good advice about Seminyak and Bali in general. The house is ideally situated, in front of rice fields but very close from Seminyak downtown (restaurants, shops, beach...)
For the price, definitely the best place to stay in Seminyak !!!
