The property offers a fully-equipped kitchen {brand-new stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, griddle, coffee maker with coffee/filters/creams/sugars, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, stemware, pots/pans, bake ware, cookbooks, cooking spices}, brand-new Weber charcoal grill/grilling utensils, WiFi, 4 cable televisions {1 'Smart'} with remotes, cordless telephones {FREE long-distance calls throughout U.S., Canada, Mexico, and some Caribbean}, facsimile machine, built-in desk with basic office supplies, AM/FM radio, portable AM/FM CD boombox, DVD player, 2 VCR's, extensive movie collection, luggage rack, sound spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper, alarm clocks, hair dryers, iron/ironing board/starch, ceiling fans {1 in every bedroom}, air conditioning, heating, electric blanket, realistic electric fireplace, air purifier, full-size washer/dryer {detergent supplies provided}, clean cold-weather/ski clothes/boots/accessories, pantry, dog feeder/mat, 2 wood decks totaling 40 feet in length {pet gates available to keep dogs securely/safely on decks}, new boardwalk, flowing stream along the entire front yard, outdoor furniture {including 2 tables that seat 8 total}, outdoor games {badminton, horseshoes, bean bag toss}, stone fire pit, monthly pest control service, back pack, binoculars, and abundant pillows/linens/blankets/towels to easily accommodate up to 10 persons are all provided for your convenience. {If you do not see a particular amenity listed above, it is not available at this cabin, but may be at our other 3/2 Gatlinburg property. It is within walking distance to downtown, has KING-SIZE beds, and has only a 2 night minimum {if no holiday is included} from June 1st through November 15th! Also, it may be available if this property is booked. Please inquire if interested. Sorry, No Smoking of Any Kind Allowed ~ No Cooking with Curry or Other Strong Spices Allowed Dogs Only Allowed {MUST Be Completely House-Broken, Totally Flea-Free, Very Well-Behaved, & Always Crated When Left Alone}~$50 per Dog Pet Fee. There is No Limit on the Amount of Dogs or the Weight of Dogs. Please Disclose if You Will Have a Dog{s} When You Submit Your Initial Inquiry. MINIMUM NIGHTS: There is a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM if a Federal Holiday {when U.S. banks/post offices are closed} is included, even on check-out day. There is a 6 NIGHT MINIMUM if THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS EVE/DAY, or NEW YEAR'S EVE/DAY is included, even on check-out day, and any time during the LAST WEEK OF DECEMBER. Minimum nights are non-negotiable. Check-in can commence on any day of the week, if available, and we do not charge extra for weekends. HOLIDAY PREMIUMS: We add $50 {$100 if both Christmas and New Year's are included} to EACH night of the reservation if it includes ANY holiday. Again, this is for 'EACH night of the reservation', NOT just the holidays. The above Holiday Premiums also apply if the reservation is part of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND whether the actual holiday is included or not. Holiday premiums are also non-negotiable. All reservation requests are modified by the owner to reflect the posted Minimum Nights, Holiday Premium, and/or Dog Fee {if applicable}. DISCOUNTS: Our best rates are those posted and are FIRM. Rate reduction requests are automatically marked as SPAM and deleted. IMPORTANT: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Valid/current government-issued photo ID required with signed rental agreement that must be properly executed and returned within 48-hours of being sent, or reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be provided. LICENSING: We are fully-licensed {current city/county/state license/permit numbers available upon request}, insured, and regulated by the State of Tennessee. Additionally, we are inspected annually by the Gatlinburg Fire Department. Always confirm that whatever property you want to rent is legal and properly licensed BEFORE you pay anything.
