About the neighbourhood
The home is located in a somewhat quiet neighborhood on the border of North Pacific Beach and the Birdrock area of La Jolla. It offers a unique blend of the best of both of those areas with a short 1/2 mile to 1 mile walk/ride/drive to some great areas to explore and enjoy. In general, the area is fairly flat making getting around on foot or bike pretty easy, but there is a slight incline 1-2 blocks south of the property that allows us to have our great views (nothing that can't be traversed easily on foot or a cruiser -- OK, maybe you have to hop off the cruiser for the last block, depending on the way you approach the house :)
