We had an awesome time relaxing and going to the beach. It was excellent that the house is right on the waterfront. We also spent a bit of time just chilln on the patio and grilling up some steaks. Everything we needed was within about a 2 block radius.

Overall great stay and great property! Only thing I would say is patio furniture and bbq could use an upgrade but enjoyed our time. Cannot beat this location!

Perfect! While many of the homes along Ocean Beach have been gentrified to soulless gleaming boxes this place retains it classic San Diego charm. Check in was perfect, view was nice, beds are comfortable. Will stay again.

We had 5 adults and 6 kids and fit with room to spare in the house! We couldn't have asked for a better location right on Mission Beach. The steps from the boardwalk down to the Beach were right in front of the house. Our kids LOVED being so close to be able to go back and forth from the Beach to the house.
We loved being on South Mission Beach away from Belmont Park busyness, but also close enough that we could easily walk down to the Park and all the fun there. There were boogie boards, Beach chairs and sand toys for us to use, and a great patio to relax and view the Beach. We had a 12 passenger van and a car with us, which fit great in the outside parking spots. Clark was a great host and had good communication. We had the best time and can't say enough good about this house!

We were a group of 10. The location is beautiful- and the cousins loved having their own space with 4 twin beds, a couch and their own tv. Plus Clark had boogie boards for them to use. Would definitely recommend - this place is a gem

Our family returned to the wonderful beach house with the amazing ocean view. Our group included five kids ages 2 to 7. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and water which is just steps from the back door. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the patio while BBQing each evening. This setting is perfect for gathering your kids and grandkids. So perfect, we have already booked our stay for next year.

Took the family for a long weekend and it was fant...
Took the family for a long weekend and it was fantastic!!! The kids were able to play on the beach while the grownups sat on the patio and enjoy watching the waves! Close to Belmont park which always such a fun place. We absolutely loved our time here
