Launch your Moab adventures from a mid-century decorated Bed and Bagel located 5 miles from Arches National Park! The Labyrinth bedroom has two XL twin beds, a private sink and toilet, a ceiling fan and in-room coffee service. This room shares the guest bathroom shower with two other rooms. All box springs, mattresses and pillowcases in the house are protected by bed bug encasements. A simple CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is provided including bagels and/or English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, cream cheese, jam, lactose free milk, almond milk, orange juice, tea and coffee. A custom bike garage provides bike storage, mechanic stand, basic bike tools and wash station. Bring a 4-6ft cable or coil lock for added security. Also, townie bikes (with lights, locks and helmets) are available to use after signing a liability waiver. GREAT LOCATION in a QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD 5 miles to Arches National Park. 32 miles to Canyonlands National Park. 1 mile to the center of town. The house showcases 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, saltillo tile flooring and a large open floor plan for the living, kitchen and dining room. A swamp cooler keeps the house comfortable in the summer. A note for guests booking in the summer. The swamp cooler cools the house by forcing cool air out windows. It is not traditional air conditioning. The ceiling fan in the room will provide air circulation. If the room is too warm, cracking the door and opening the window will allow the cool air from the swamp cooler to enter the room. Please be aware that there is a NO DOG and NO CHILDREN under 8 policy at the house. ALSO...I have 2 female CATS named Kokachin and Mei Lin. They were born in the summer of 2016 and are VERY LOW SHEDDING. They do not have access to the bedrooms, but are welcomed in the common areas of the house.
