This unit features a spacious kitchen and living area which offer room for your group to stretch out and relax, mingling in the comfort of a tastefully furnished and decorated home environment, or taking in the views of Moab’s red rock horizon from the patio. The kitchen includes ample storage, state-of-the-art appliances, and is stocked with houseware to prepare and serve a holiday meal for your entire group. Picture windows and a raised balcony offer views of the Moab rim and the Matheson Wetlands Preserve to the north and the soaring sandstone walls of the entrance to Kane Creek Canyon to the south-west. This unit provides plenty of added fun for the kids, the owner has designed a children's secret hideaway under the stairs which include a kid-friendly rock climbing wall, flat-screen TV, video games and VCR with movies. In the bunk-bed room comes with an old-school style TV with VCR and lots of classic movies. The sofa in master bedroom folds out to a twin bed and there are two inflatable twin mattresses and pack-and-play for additional sleeping. This unit has four bedrooms and 3 baths and can accommodate up to13 people. Use the spacious, two-car garage to store your toys and vehicles. The garage also includes a ping pong table, outside chairs, plenty of bike storage (6 wall-mounted and 6 on floor rack), and a 220v outlet for electric vehicles or other charging needs. This the perfect home base to share your next adventure with a large group of family and friends. The Entrada Complex pool is now open and features a changing room with heaters and showers and a hot tub, perfect for those chilly fall evenings. Reclining chairs and small tables surround the pool which has depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet. A handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail leading to the water offer fun for all swimmers. The entire area is secured with a fence and a door code. No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options. All vacation rental stays are subject to Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management’s Reservation Fee. Our Reservation Fee includes free Wi-Fi internet, pool and hot tub access (only select units feature pools and/or hot tubs), and standard cleaning fees. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. Pricing for your vacation rental is determined by a number of factors, including the length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. Rates displayed on third party websites may not include these factors and may not be accurate. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote. Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management will not be responsible for pricing issues on third-party websites, and in the case of any discrepancies, rates generated from Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management's website will take precedence. We recently took a weekend trip with several groups of friends and all stayed here with our children. The unit is very clean and features nice modern decor. The location is very close to town. We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Moab!

This condo offers plenty of room with many upgrades and extras, especially for the little children. The 2 children we had loved the kid closet, toys, books and games, as well as the gumball machines. One downfall was that with 3 bathrooms, we only had...More
