Unit #325 is third floor (Top Floor) DIRECT oceanfront and is in a perfect location in the complex. It has everything you need to have a wonderful time in paradise! Panoramic, direct oceanfront location in a quiet, private 'home' away from home. We also have #323 and #324 - block of rooms next to each other, so larger parties can stay all side by side! And, #324 and #325 actually have an adjoining door so you can make it a double-suite!!

About the neighbourhood
Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi while sipping a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki Hut bar. There are also Weber BBQ grills by the pool free to use as well as an Activities Desk in the lobby to plan excursions and such.

Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shores. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles from the complex where you can boat, hike, and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 30 specialty shops and restaurants.

Condo location & directions from Lihue airport:
The condo is located at 440 Aleka Place in Kapaa, Kauai, HI 96746. From the Lihue airport, take Airport Exit on Ahukini Rd (Highway-570). Make a right on Kapule Hwy (H- 51). The street name changes to Kuhio Highway (H-56). Take a right on H-56. Turn right just after the Coconut Market Place (turn right at the “Coconut Marketplace” sign). Stay right at the “Y” in the road. You will drive directly into “Islander on the Beach” parking lot. There is no assigned parking and parking is FREE! Overall travel time is approximately 10-12 minutes from airport.
