Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet, are on the ground floor. Three of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The property is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, a town that emanates the peace and quiet atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. You'll find the needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, Inca -with many more services and its traditional street market on Thursday mornings- is only a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house. There is exterior parking for 4 cars and covered exterior parking for 1 more car. Pets are not allowed.
