Traditional Navajo Hogan, a log and earth cabin, in the Monument Valley Tribal Park entrance area. Wood burning stove, two full sized beds plus extra cots, room for extra campers. Fresh linens, blankets, comforters and sleeping bags and pillows for the cots.. Glamping or camping inside a traditional Indian dwelling, sacred to the Navajo.

Grocery store nearby, two restaurants, and friendly Navajo hosts.

All hogans are indeed made with logs and mud, and it has packed earth floors. Thanks so much for visiting and taking time to enjoy a traditional Navajo earth dwelling.

How to get there
Airport: Monument Valley Airport: 5.0 km
36 59' 53' N 110 9' 22' W we are Monument Valley Road East (Left from Utah) (Right from Kayenta) drive one mile and at Mile Post 1 on the right hand side - Mustang Valley is the campground before the Navajo Tribal Park. There are large canvas tents there easy to see during the day. We meet people there and take you to the hogan to avoid confusing directions, and geo-coordinates, its the most convenient.
