Appartamento con n.2 camere da letto e terrazza a 200 metri dal mare di Playa Del Ingles, in zona residenziale, completamente ristrutturato anche negli impianti, con ripostiglio e bagno nuovissimo con enorme colonna doccia. Posto al secondo piano. Piscina condominiale a disposizione. Non è ammesso fumare in casa ma solo su aree esterne.
Si richiede massima cura e pulizia nell'utilizzo dell'appartamento e dei suoi accessori.

VIAGGIO FANTASTICO E SOGGIORNO MERAVIGLIOSO
Sono stato in vacanza a gennaio con la mia compagna in questo appartamento molto carino immerso nel quartiere turistico di Play de ingles con una veduta su Avenida de italia (zona commerciale di rilievo dove poter passeggiare e rilassarsi tra i negozi e le botteghe ) e a pochissimi mimuti di distanza dalle spettacolari DUNE DI MASPALOMAS.
L'Appartamento è ben disposto, ha un ampio balcone per godersi la veduta e ha tanti confort per le normali esigenze quotidiane. (lavatrice , ferro da stiro etc etc.. )
Sono stato colpito dalla disponibilità e l'organizzazine del proprietario PIETRO e dalla pulizia accurata che presentano le sue camere.
Pietro ha saputo far fronte a tutte le mie esigenze, consigliandomi i posti e i luoghi da visistare e i negozi tipici dove acquistare protoddi locali; il tutto in maniera economicissima.
Ho già prenotato per la prox vacanza.

vacanza da sogno
appartamento al 2 piano di una graziosa palazzina con piscina a 200 mt dalla playa,dotato di tutti i comfort e wi-fi .PULIZIA IMPECCABILE oltre alla disponibilità e serietà dei titolari. Centri commerciali, bar e locali nelle vicinanze senza obbligo di spostarsi con la macchina.

Fantastic apartment
This apartment complex is very safe and secure and everything is within walking distance. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, as are the shops and all kinds of restaurants. There was also everything we needed in the apartment, however there was no hairdryer so if anyone needs one they need to take it with themselves.
We strongly recommend it for others and will definitely go back in the future if we can.

Fantastic apartment - couldn't fault it!
This apartment delivered on everything we hoped it would.
Pietro and Aida managed the booking really well and were very communicative and friendly. As they live on the same complex, they were always there if we needed them, but were never overbearing.
The first thing we noticed about the apartment was that it was bigger than it looked in the pictures, especially the living area which did look a bit narrow in the photos but was actually pretty spacious. It was also spotlessly clean and had a very 'new' feel to it.
The best thing was that the beds were really comfy. They all had lovely flat foam mattresses and the whole family slept brilliantly every night, which was a real treat as we often find that apartment beds can be too soft or too lumpy.
The pool was really nice, with 3 pools which catered for toddlers up to adults. The middle pool is heated so was pleasant to swim in.
The only gripe is that there was no kettle. There was a coffee machine instead, but a kettle is always handy when you;re self catering.
All-in-all we thought the place was absolutely great and we'd definitely recommend it if you're coming to Playa Del Ingles.

Grazie mille Paul, io e mia moglie cerchiamo di fare di tutto per fare stare gli ospiti a proprio agio e soprattutto ad offrire un appartamento pulito con servizi. Siamo felici che siete stati bene. Qui a Playa del Ingles è vero che è un posto dove trovi tutto quello che ti serve e quindi molto visitato dai turisti da tutto il mondo; Noi abbiamo una gestione familiare e cerchiamo di essere sempre presenti nelle necessità dei nostri ospiti. Grazie di nuovo. Un saluto

Espectacular apartamento y trato
Los propietarios del apartamento son muy atentos, amables y a tu disposición sin ser controladores. El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de lujos, cocina equipada, lavadora, aire acondicionado, todo muy nuevo y al día. Muy cerca de zonas comerciales y lúdicas. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda pronto volveré.

Vacaciones ideales
El apartamento es increible, con todo lo que puedas necesitar, además tanto Pietro como su familia que son las personas encargadas del piso, son muy atentas y personas encantadoras. El complejo está muy bien cuidado, y la piscina estaba ideal. Volveremos a repetir con total seguridad

Close to sea, quiet, clean.
Owners are friendly, very close to shop and restaurant, also sea.
Big fridge, balcony for 4 people.
You dont need a car.

Great apt
Rented for 4 ppl. Apt was very spacious and nice modern design. 2nd floor, close to beach and shopping centers, fabulous pool. Only minus was balcony overlooking neighbouring hotels pool and bit noise from party there and noise from glass collection trucks. Will definitely book again when on Gran Canaria

Vacanza da sogno!
L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi dal mare e nel cuore della movida.
Al nostro arrivo il proprietario, Pietro, ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e consigliato ed indirizzato verso le attrazioni ed i ristoranti migliori del luogo. Inoltre è stato disponibile per tutto il tempo della nostra permanenza, accontentandoci in ogni tipo di richiesta.
L' appartamento è spazioso per 4 persone, pulitissimo e ben arredato. Si trova all'interno di un complesso con piscina e bar, ma molto silenzioso e con vigilanza all'ingresso.
Lo consiglio vivamente, a famiglie e ragazzi!
