140 year old Historic home in Galveston. The upstairs unit has 2 dedicated bedrooms, a bonus room with a sofa bed, a nice size living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated balcony and full access to the amazing deck in the back yard.

There is also a patio with 3 charcoal grills, and a fire pit. The yard is fully fenced and there is secure parking in the back with a locked gate.

The house is .7 (7 tenths) of a mile from the beach and 2 miles from the Strand.

Must be 25 yrs or older to rent this property.
