Island Bay provides boutique accommodation for families, friends, sporting and corporate groups, bridal parties and all special occasions(sorry no bucks/hens weekends or schoolies). The facilities are suitable for small conferences, weddings and yoga retreats. Island Bay is located on Phillip Island, Victoria’s most popular tourist destination and is an easy 90 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD. The appeal of Island Bay lies in its picturesque location; the accommodation and facilities are situated on 5 acres within a 160-acre rural property, which overlooks Western Port Bay. The Island Bay property is situated on more than a kilometre of waterfront and there are breathtaking views in every direction of water, mangroves, wetlands, or rolling fields.

For the purpose of this condition, function, events or parties are defined as any occasion where guests (who are not registered as staying guests at the property) are invited to or granted access to the property. Disturbance to our neighbours is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. All amplified music must be OFF by 11pm. If security is called in this will be charged to the guests and will affect the security bond.

Beautiful venue and fantastic facilities
We had 26 people stay, there was heaps of room for all of our activities and the rooms for very spacious for all of us. We would absolutely go again. The grounds were very well kept, clean and stunning. The views were amazing and the owners were lovely and accomodating.

Perfect large family gathering place
Location was great and ranch was fantastic. Large living areas for everyone to spread out, open fires, huge kitchen and perfect party room for our Dad's 80th. Natalie was brilliant to deal with and went to the extra effort of putting a couple of haystacks in the room for our western themed party. Plenty of play equipment for kids and individual rooms for quiet times away from the crowd, Definitely recommended!

Amazing location and facilities!!
We could not have found a more perfect venue to tie the knot 7 days ago. Ourselves and our guests were blown away by what this property has to offer!! Could not fault a single thing. Natalie is a dream to deal with. Cannot wait to stay at this property again one day!!!! Thankyou Island Bay Ranch and staff for a very memorable weekend.

A Magical Place.
Island Bay Ranch is a very special place. It was perfect for our 3 night stay with our beautiful children and grandchildren. It had absolutely everything needed for a fun, relaxing and private getaway. The property is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean throughout with very comfortable beds, a large and well appointed kitchen, loads of refrigeration, amazing in door and outdoor living areas, a fabulous fire pit area and a beautiful in ground pool and trampoline. Communication during the booking process was excellent. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Island Bay Ranch. Thank you Natalie!

Stunning views, amazing location, friendly staff and very comfortable accomodation
Perfect place for having our wedding, and would be great to go back with multiple families to stay for a holiday! Staff were fabulous and we received many compliments on the venue choice for our wedding guests.

Spacious country accommodation with plenty to keep you busy.
Our women's football team rented out the entire resort for the weekend to celebrate the end of a successful season. We were surprised when we arrived on site as the online photo's really don't do this property justice. It is beyond spacious, well equipped and kept our whole team busy for the weekend. We had plans to venture out to town on the Saturday night but the team didn't want to leave the accommodation as we were having so much fun. The owners are a delight to deal with and we all finished the weekend feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thanks for a great weekend Island Bay Ranch!

Above our expectations
If you ever want to learn how to operate the perfect family resort this is the place to book. Communication leading up to our stay was 10/10 . On arrival we were greeted buy our host and we were taken for a tour of our cabins and facilities where everything was explained in detail. Cabins and facilities we spotless and made for a fantastic family weekend stay.
Congratulations to our hosts for recognizing what turns a stay into a fantastic family experience and the pride you show in your Ranch.

Extended Family Holiday
Last weekend was our annual family holiday and we had an awesome time catching up with the cousins,Aunties and Uncles.It was a very special weekend with great accommodation clean amenities.Lots of indoor/Outdoor activities for the children.Kitchen was spacious.Alot of fun and laughter at the Ranch.Thankyou

Family holiday
We have just had our annual family holiday here, we have been for past 4 years. There was 32 of us, ages ranging from 3 yrs - 75yrs, this place caters for all our ages. There is something to entertain us all such as tennis, swimming pool, heated spa, darts, pool table, table tennis, board games, extensive library, kids play equipment, trampoline and sporting equipment.
The main building has a well equipped kitchen, meals area, lounge area with open fire place, so beautiful to have a toasty raging fire on a cold winters day. Enough room inside even when the weather is ordinary. There is also an enclosed outdoor area with a slow combustion fire for those chilly winter days, absolutely beautiful in here when the sun is shining in.
The accommodation is made of 6 cabins each with their own ensuite. We were lucky to have the privilege to use the newly renovated bathrooms of cabins 1 & 2. Beautifully renovated!!! The cabins have a queen bed, set of bunks and 4 cabins also have trundle beds. Kitchenette as well.
The entire property is well maintained with manicured lawns. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. Natalie is an absolute gem to deal with. Looking forward to our holiday next year
