Secure parking on site although you don't necessary need a car by staying in this house as it is only a few steps to the white sand and ten minutes walk to Frankston CBD. Two out of four bedrooms are air conditioned. Features: • Kingbed + Queen bed + two Double Beds • Floor mattress • Stay up to 9 people • Fully equipment kitchen • Swimming Pool Getting Around It is walking distance to train stations and bus terminals and airport bus (within 10 minutes’ walk). Other Things to Note With one side of the road being sand (long beach) and the other side of the road being creek, Gould Street (#1 street in Frankston) is absolutely unique within the entire Port Phillip Bay. The place is so close to everything, including Frankston Arts Centre, Frankston Sand Sculpture, Peninsula Aquatic Recreational Centre, Frankston Pier, Peninsula Hot Spring, Gunnamatta Trail Rides, Red Hill Wineries, etc. The swimming pool , laundry facility and Secure Gate Parking and backyard garden maybe shared with the house on the same site as there are two houses on the same site, i.e. main house and guest house. Both houses have their own entrance and both are self-contained. If you wish to have the entire site for yourself, there is a list for the entire site which consists of two houses and can accommodate up to 17 people. Note: Party is not allowed and the noise level should be kept to as low as possible after 10:00PM. Penalties applied for neighbour complaint for the noise level. Please make the place the same way as you find it before checking out. Unacceptable noise and/or behaviour will be reported to police. Two bedrooms out of the four bedrooms are air-conditioned. Cooking of food with strong smell, such as fish, shell fish, etc. is prohibited. Additional charge will be applied for the odor treatment/removal if strong smell is identified in the house after check out. Dog is allowed, but will incur additional charge of 25 dollars per dog per night. Price is based on the number of people coming including staying. No refund given
Having contacted owner for future booking, 6 months in advance, paid deposit, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel a few weeks later, owner promised refund, been waiting 2 months still nothing then claims were not entitled to it, lost $2600, wouldnt not recommend dealings with
