Our properties are located just opposite to Dromana safe swimming beach, Beach picnic area including BBQ, Boat hire place to do paddling and fishing on the bay, Beautiful sunset almost every evening at the beach and also from our house balcony (Ref photos), Relax and watch the boats and ships passes on the bay, 2 minutes’ walk to Mornington Peninsula Information centre, grocery shop and service station( 24 hours opened), stroll to Dromana shopping strips, Cafes, Restaurants, pubs, supermarket, pharmacy, tennis court, Jim, kids beach park, 3 screen open Drive in Cinema, Historic Herron wood Garden and Barefoot Beach Bowling.

From Mel airport to city station via shuttle sky bus. 3. Could go to Geelong airport via Sorrento boat crossing the bay.
