Newly renovated 3 bedroom house in central Cohuna (200m to town centre). Cohuna is stunning rural town where the Gunbower creek runs through the main st). 3 minutes walk to the main street, IGA, shops, bakery, ice creamery, Cohuna pizza, takeaway cafe, Cohuna Tavern for a lovely meal. Cohuna waffles & factory & field are a few minutes walk for yummy food, coffee & beautiful gift ware. The newly developed sandy beach area on Gunbower creek & park are a few minutes walk (for hours of fun with the kids) as is the Cohuna swimming pool, tennis courts, skate park & bowling green. 5 minutes drive to the famous Stuart Appleby Golf course. 4 minutes drive to the Cohuna ski run. Back yard fenced off for your pet. Plenty of parking ( including area for boats). A great place to get away & truly relax. Doona's, pillows, towels & bath mats provided. BYO SHEETS & PILLOW CASES.
