Aisha at Beechworth is a cosy self contained single bedroom cottage with timber cathedral ceilings and leafy gardens. The lounge room with its open fire place and large north facing windows is a cosy place to kick back with over 80 DVDs to choose from or maybe a book to snuggle up with. The queen size bedroom is complemented by an ensuite with double spa bath. The kitchen / dining area has a stove top, convection oven/ microwave, toaster, nutriblender, coffee pod, fridge and more. We provide tea, coffee, and breakfast spreads plus there is port and chocolate on arrival. Outside you can sit on the patio having a glass of wine under the stars or enjoy dinner in the leafy garden. We had such a lovely time at this cottage. The owners have done a brilliant job creating a ‘homely’ atmosphere. Wine, chocolate and open fire - now that’s a great night in! The couch is super comfy too. Bed provides a great night’s sleep. All...More

About the neighbourhood
Beechworth is a beautiful historical town featuring many heritage listed buildings to complement the natural landscape wonders including Woolshed Falls, Newtown Falls, Mount Pilot National Park, Lake Sambell, Beechworth Gorge walk and more. You can berry pick at nearby farms, ride the rail trails, visit the numerous wineries or come for the many local festivals and events including Opera in the Alps (January), Beechworth Music Festival (January), Tastes of Rutherglen (March), Golden Horseshoe Festival (Easter), High Country Harvest (May), Winery Walkabout (June), Octoberfest (October), Celtic Festival (Nov). There is always lots to do and see in Beechworth
How to get there
Aisha at Beechworth is located at the western side of Beechworth just near the Gorge walk and a lovely stroll to the main street (1.3km). ​ HOW TO GET HERE ​ From Albury From roundabout outside Beechworth Post Office drive along Ford Street in the direction of Wangaratta. Continue over hill near church until you reach Newtown Bridge at Bridge Road. The Ampol service station is on your left. Continue over bridge and up hill until you reach Malakoff Road (first street on the right indicated by the antique, red mailbox). Continue up to the crest of the hill to 24 Stonebrae Mews and the driveway is immediately after the two pencil pines no the right (look out for the big green '24' and antique bicycle out front). Proceed through brick entrance and continue down driveway to cottage no. 4 on your left - 'Aisha at Beechworth'
