A beautifully extended and renovated stone farmhouse in a secluded location above the village of Cwmllinau, between Machynlleth and Dolgellau, just outside the southern boundary of the Snowdonia National Park. Excellent walking and peaceful relaxation, with hillside, woodlands and the upper reaches of Afon (River) Llinau tumbling downhill alongside the property. Note: this property is 'off grid' for utilies: LPG gas, electricity by UV panels, turbine and generator, and private spring water, must be used with care. This off-grid cottage is not suitable for people who use a lot of electronics. It relies on solar power with backup generator; mobile and satellite signals are weak.
