Cottage
The Old Gatehouse is a renovated period stone cottage likely dating back to the 1800s. It is tastefully decorated to a high standard with a large stone inglenook fireplace with Oak doors and features throughout. The property sits at the top of the driveway which leads to Underdown Country House which has a history dating back to Oliver Cromwell and the siege of Pembroke Castle. You can walk to the historic town of Pembroke in 5 – 10 minutes. The coast is just 10 minutes away by car where you’ll find beautiful beaches and access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The Old Gatehouse is suitable for families and small groups who wish easy access to all Pembrokeshire has to offer but within a short walk away from Pembroke town and local amenities. Fabulous cottage. Spacious and well equipped inside and out. Great location for visiting several local beaches. The owners had made every effort to sanitize the cottage and make it safe in light of Covid-19. We would definately return.
