There are two double bedrooms (one with a bunk overhead). The lounge has a leather corner sofa and a flat screen TV, but if you don't fancy staying inside, head out on to the patio to bask in the sunshine and take in the beautiful views. Upstairs contains the fully fitted kitchen with fridge & freezer box, washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster. The spacious lounge/diner is bright and spacious with a patio door/Juliet balcony. It has a large leather corner sofa which seats 5, a flat screen TV/DVD/CD, the room enjoys a stunning sea views. The ground floor contains two double bedrooms, tastefully furnished with coastal style furniture. The bathroom is newly refurbished with a with high spec power shower, tiled floor to ceiling. There is also a travel cot & high chair. Outside there is a good sized patio with BBQ, 4 directors chairs, sun loungers & a table and bench ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset. Whether you are looking for adventure, or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stone throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris only a 10 minute drive from the property. As well as a fantastic sea front location and views towards Bardsey Island & The Llyn Peninsula, the beach house is also only 5 minutes walk away from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more. All bedding & towels inc. A truly exceptional property for your summer holiday, winter & weekend break. Perfectly positioned for sea-air and views. Spotlessly clean and attractively presented. Very satisfactory; but I was not able to programme the room central heating on the two very wet and dismal evenings of my stay.

We stayed here four nights and can honestly say we had a perfect time. The weather was good to us. The beach house was clean and had everything you needed. We spent most of the time sat outside watching the sea and for the dolphins...More

Lovely little beach house in a great location. We visited the same week last year and we're impressed. Unfortunately this time we found the house quite dirty especially everything in the kitchen cupboards, which was absolutely filthy.

Tywyn has a sunny west-facing 'Blue Flag' sandy beach. Don't miss the spectacular sunsets over the bay. From early Spring through till Autumn, dolphins and porpoise can be spotted close to the shore, an amazing sight to see! It's not unusual to see them on a daily basis in pods of up to 20. Tywyn is possibly the only place on the West Coast where you can park for FREE virtually right on the beach. There is level access to the town where there are supermarkets, shops, cafes, banks, a post office, cinema, health centre, cottage hospital, several churches, leisure centre and an indoor swimming pool. How to get there
Tywyn is easily accessible by road or rail from the Midlands, Northwest and South Wales. There is a main line railway station in Tywyn, just a few minutes walk from the house. By road head towards Dolgellau along the A494 towards Tywyn, turn right at the junction of A487 and A470, right again at the B4405.. Stay on this road past the Talyllyn Lake and through the village of Abergynolwyn, Tywyn is signposted all the way When you arrive in Tywyn head for the sea front down Peir Road, Plas Edwards is on the right just before the promenade .
