Pilots cottage is a spacious, well furnished traditional cottage with exposed beams and inglenook fireplace housing a coal burning effect gas fire. Sea views from every room with the WOW factor being the view from the kitchen window. Gas fired central heating makes this cottage an all year round destination.

Overlooking Amlwch harbour which operates boat trips for fishing, pleasure, diving or launching your own boat, also home to the Amlwch heritage centre detailing Amlwch's industrial and shipbuilding history. The cottage lies just 20 yards from the Anglesey costal path and only a few minutes drive from Parys Mountain making this an ideal holiday for walkers.

Anglesey's fantastic beaches are just a short drive away (Bull Bay, Porth Eilian, Lligwy, Benllech,Cemaes)

What a superbly situated cottage, the view is stunning, the accomodation was perferct for the family. All amenities within walking distance. Relax, Lay back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Returned with the family after 3 years and had a fabulous week with terrrific weather. Enjoyed the gorgeous sun sets whilst having drinks on the terrace most evenings and visited several beaches both near and further afield during the day. Took a boat trip from...More

About the neighbourhood
The historic Port of Amlwch being situated on the renowned Anglesey coastal path makes it an ideal place for walkers as does the nearby copper mines of Parys Mountain with its fiery red, orange and purple lunar like landscape.

The port which is a great tourist attraction and home to the Sail Loft visitors centre/cafe, offers great fishing from the harbour where boats can be chartered for fishing, pleasure or diving.

At the head of the Port, a few minutes walk away there are two Pubs, a fish & chip shop and a local mini market, while at the mouth of the port lies the cottage and the Sail Loft Visitors Centre. In the nearby town of Amlwch you will find 3 banks, various restaurants, supermarkets, leisure centre and weekly market.
