Lletty Cottage at Yew Tree Farm, is graded Five Stars by Visit Wales and is surrounded by its own lovely gardens with wildlife pond and with fine views over the Carmarthenshire countryside. It is a self-contained annexe to the main house, and stands next to the 400-year old yew tree.

The beamed, cosy cottage is a welcome home for all visitors with comfortable seating, well equipped kitchen with pine table and chairs, a beamed gallery bedroom with King -size bed, a wood burning stove and French doors opening on to a private garden with patio. It is a perfect retreat for couples wanting a relaxing holiday and a superb location for painting and photography or just sitting, relaxing in the sunshine and watching the birds and wildlife.

Weekly bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday but we can be flexible. Arrival is from 3pm and the cottage must be vacated by 10am on the last day.
Short Breaks(minimum of 3 nights)are available through the year except August (full weeks only).
The accommodation sleeps two people only.
We regret we cannot accommodate pets or children.
The accommodation is non-smoking.

About the neighbourhood
Nearby walks lead through the beautiful countryside, with views over the stunning Brecon Beacons, with Red Kites and Buzzards flying overhead.

The charming church of St. Sadwrn lies in the centre of Llansadwrn village adjacent to The Sexton's Arms where you will get a very warm welcome and where food is served Friday to Sunday. In Llanwrda village one and a half miles away there is a general store, garage, pub and café open all hours.

Two miles away is the delightful Welsh village of Llangadog with a Post Office and Country Stores, an excellent butcher selling local produce, and a very good pub-restaurant.

How to get there
Railway: Llangadog : 3.0 km
From London and the south:

M4 to the end of the motorway at Junction 49 (Pont Abraham), then to Llandeilo (A483), through Llandeilo then A40 towards Llandovery. After about 10 km, continue across a roundabout towards Llandovery, then after a further 1km, take a left turn signposted Llansadwrn, then after 400 metres take the third opening on the right (Yew Tree Farm). Alternatively, from Junction 49, continue on the A48 to Crosshands, right at the roundabout onto the A476 to Llandeilo, through the town and onto A40 towards Llandovery, then proceed as before. When entering Wales via the M4 Second Severn Crossing, you need £6.10 cash for the bridge toll. There is no charge when leaving Wales!
