About the neighbourhood
This property is a detached house, set in its own impressive grounds. Situated approximately 2 miles from Llandovery, (a market town with all amenities including banks, post office, restaurants, and supermarkets) and approximately 2 miles from Cilycwm, (a smaller village with a local pub serving good food). Llandeilo is about 12 miles away and has more upmarket shops and restaurants. Brecon is 20 miles away.

The house is on the western edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Carmarthenshire has fantastic landscapes and lots to see and do and is known as 'the Garden of Wales'. There are gardens and nature parks, castles, houses, forests and hills to look at and explore, either on foot, by bike or car.
