Harviestoun House is a totally refurbished 2 storey sandstone cottage in the heart of Dollar, a picturesque small town at the foot of the Ochil hills 13 miles east of the historic city of Stirling. Steeped in history, Dollar has all facilities including cafes, restaurants and shopping on your doorstep. Harviestoun House comfortably sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom one, with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobe, has the flexibility of being either 2 twin beds or one super king size bed. Harviestoun House is only a few minutes away from the heart of Stirling City centre: the magnificent Castle and rich Scottish heritage centre, the Old City Jail, the Tollbooth, a modern shopping centre, small quaint arcades and several supermarkets.

The historical Bannockburn Heritage Centre is only a 25-minute drive and there is also a good selection of both modern and traditional pubs and restaurants in the area. Nick Nairn's famous cookery school is also a mere 40 minute drive away in nearby Port of Menteith.

Golf being available at every turn: Stirling's Kings Park's own course and at least another five within Falkirk district, a 15 min drive away. Slightly further afield are the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrew's Old Course.
