Crann Mhor is the first house by the golf course as you arrive on Drimsynie Driveway. A few minutes walk to the leisure, dining and entertainment at the popular Drimsynie Holiday Village, as well as being close to the foot bridge over the River Goil for walking in to the village. A modern holiday bungalow sitting within an enclosed spacious garden. Parking for 4 cars. The deck area to the side of the house is the place to relax, socialise, watch the golfers and take in the loch & mountain views. There is much to do within walking distance as well as nearby. The hot tub is drained, cleaned and serviced for each arriving party. When requesting the hot tub we will confirm to you the time that the hot tub will be available from as well as when the use of the hot tub will end. Pet – On request Many visitors like to bring their pet on holiday. The owners are happy to accept one small dog in your party – please contact us in advance letting us know the breed of dog and we shall confirm back if acceptable. There is a £30 pet charge. Good Housekeeping Card - Authorisation Held on your card, but not captured. Amount released after departure. The owner may claim for: loss or damage, extra cleaning costs, including pet cleaning, smoking in property, over occupancy. Non-hot tub guests £100 - Hot tub guests - £300. A link is sent to you a few days before arrival. Party types and house rules We want you to come and enjoy a stay, please be aware of: Crann Mhor is a family holiday home with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. We do not accept bookings from stag or youth groups. If you are in any doubt then check at the time of booking. In no case may more people enter the house, or use the hot tub, than those indicated in the reservation. In the event that greater occupancy is detected, this would be grounds for immediate expulsion from the home for breach of contract plus the retention of the Good Housekeeping Deposit. Exceptions may be requested in advance by contacting Lochgoilhead Holidays. During the pandemic Scottish Government occupancy guidelines must be adhered to. These can change. Fantastic, private and peaceful location with lovely views. Comfortable, excellent facilities, up to date and highly maintained. Everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend and likely to return
