Sitting in an elevated position above Loch Goil, the holiday home is positioned to make the most of the view across the loch and to the mountains of the Argyll Forest Park. This is a wonderful all weather sitting area making the most of its location. Cobbler View is spacious, well equipped for a family holiday and comfortably furnished. All rooms are on one level and may suit guests with limited mobility. 3 steps at the entrance and then everything is on the level. Outside space A spacious deck area with uninterrupted views over Loch Goil. Wow! Sit and birdwatch, paint, read, socialise, or do nothing except watch the view. Sits in a private location at the end of a row of 5 detached bungalows There is ample parking and turning space by the house. Most of this area is chipped Small grass area with clothes poles and a drying line You enter via the back of the house To the front at what would have been the patio, is where the conservatory sits There is a brick build BBQ. Please provide your own charcoal and utensils Bedrooms and bathrooms Bedroom 1: Double with en-suite electric shower / WC and loch view Bedroom 2: Double Bedroom 3: 3/4 sized Double Family bathroom with electric shower over the bath Facilities Lounge with central heating – there is an open fire but is not to be used. The central heating keeps the house warm. Conservatory with views over the head of Loch Goil, Lochgoilhead village and the backdrop of Ben Donich – wonderful TV Sky with standard channels and Netflix Dining area in the kitchen for up to 6 Kitchen with fridge, gas hob, oven & grill, microwave. Bosch Coffee Maker - takes Tassimo and or Kenco pods - not provided - bring your own Utility room with dishwasher, freezer, washing machine – drying area with clothes pole in the garden Gas central heating • Electricity and gas included in the rental price Iron and ironing board, hair dryer Off-road parking for 3 cars No smoking please Linen and towels are included – beds made up for your arrival Starter pack of liquid soaps in all toilets plus toilet paper, 2 black bags, 1 bottle of surface cleaner, scourer, cleaning cloths Cot and high chair available on request There is a taxi in the village Nature If you enjoy birdwatching, the conservatory is an ideal space to spot what is happening in the fields below the house, the shoreline and on the loch. Enjoyed an excellent stay in Scotland. The house is a fantastic base with stunning scenery all around it. Beautiful views from every window and the conservatory. I would definitely stay again.
