NOW A WINTER DESTINATION AND AVAILABLE ALL YEAR!! This is a charming converted barn, has one bedroom,lounge kitchen, ample storage and showeroom. It has twin beds in bedroom but also has fold down double couch in the lounge. Although accomodation sleeps 3/4, it is more suitable for two (poss with infants)It has a wonderfull open outlook{French doors} over the ocean(access -weather permitting-to walk down to beach from barn}peacefull location altho only 10mins from centre of stornoway where many restaurents provide local fresh produce. it is fully self contained with fridge freezer/washing machine cooker/microwave/coffee maker +all relevant itinery to accommodate all needs. Only SMALL DOGS are allowed this MUST be confirmed by the host BEFORE booking. On NO account can a guest just turn up with a dog before confirmation from the Host. Once confirmed-we request guests bring there dogs basket in order to avoid any hair issues for future guests. On NO account are dogs allowed to be EXERCISED in the garden- NO fouling in private gardens!!. Thank you.

Wonderful place for a break

Very comfortable cottage which is very well appointed, with a fabulous view. Nice little touches like a welcome hamper in the fridge with all sorts of goodies. Dog friendly, and good proximity to Coll & Gress beaches. Close enough to Stornoway, but far enough away...More

Not the location we expected.

We thought that the property would be in a better location and more isolated, not in the drive of the house. There was limited walking from the house, and if you wanted to get to the beach you had to walk along the main road....More

The Barn is situated in an elevated position with stunning views of the ocean with close proximity to many beaches.( a beach is accessable by walking through the croft. Fishing is within walking distance at Gress river. An equestrian centre and golf driving range is a short distance away.A well stockd shop(also petrol station)and pharmacy is minutes away..Coll pottery, a gift shop and hairdressers are also within walking distance.
