Tay valley from the garden, with the river at the bottom of the tree lined hill.
Patio with 2 tables seating 12, with a great view. Gas and charcoal BBQ beside.
The original stone was enough for the rebuild in 2004.
An ensuite shower room
Loft bedroom, with 4 singles/ a double and 2 singles, with dividing curtains and a removable gate.
One of the 3 similar ensuite double bedrooms.
Hand made Edwardian style kitchen mainly by 'Chalon', with oak parquet floor, fully equipped.
Kitchen with table for 9-11 at a squeeze. Further adjacent table for 6. 12 place settings.
Split level lounge/kitchen with upstand divider and 3 steps.
Aberfeldy bridge, 3 miles along the riverside path from us.
Nearby Kenmore (4 mls) on Loch Tay with pebble beach, restaurants and water sports, sauna etc.
Rebuild of ancient Crannog beside Taymouth Marina restaurant and water activities/sauna.(5 mls)
12 seater  BBQ garden hut with power chimney extraction.
Folding ladder steps to loft bedroom. Safety gate above.

Hill Fold, Tullicro is a wonderful, large traditional stone hillside holiday cottage which has been rebuilt to luxury standards set amongst a cluster of 17th / 18th Century buildings, on a south facing slope of the upper Tay Valley.

The house and garden offer the perfect place for relaxing in peace and tranquillity. Underfloor heating combined with high insulation levels, for all seasons and weather with a log burner in the lounge for a cosy atmosphere in the evening.

Good comfortable accommodation with everything provided you could possibly require. 3 great size ensuite bedrooms, 1 double room & a further loft room up some ladders for another 4 smaller people! The bbq hut was great, with everything all ready in there including coal, plates, skewers etc. Ian put a lot of effort into making sure everything was ok for...

Cosy house set well back from the road. Child friendly garden. Perfect for the dogs too. Surrounded by countryside but not too far from shops. The house has everything you need and more. The beautiful Tay valley offers river sports - canoeing, kayaking and rafting within 4 miles. Loch Tay also.
Salmon and trout fishing available by permit.
Three golf courses - 3, 4 and 6 miles away.
Mountain walking very close by; 30 minutes from 4 'munros' (over 3000 ft)
Walking from the house in 4 directions by hill, river path (to Aberfeldy) and forest roads.
'Highland Safaris' (see website) is adjacent to us.
Several excellent restaurants nearby - nearest is 1 mile. (Aileen Chraggan)
Aberfeldy has interesting shops, eateries, the award winning Watermill bookshop (website) and Dewars whisky distillery.
Getting around
A car is the best way to see the area though there is an occasional bus service to Aberfeldy from near our access track. Also local taxis. Several circular hill and river walks from the house.
