Wow! What can I say. Accommodation that actually surpasses the photos in a central location in Findhorn village. Beautifully renovated 18th Century building with tasteful decor. Comfortable furnishings and plenty of space. Every modern appliance you could ask for and more. The owners have thought of everything from phone chargers to birthday cake candles and from teabags to popcorn. The best equipped holiday home I have ever stayed in. Not forgetting the stunning views of Findhorn Bay from every window. Perfect for watching the wildlife and a gorgeous sunset.

Just lovely!
We have just returned from a glorious weekend at Findhorn House and would thoroughly recommend it. Not only is it located in a most beautiful part of the country with stunning views of wildlife and scenery but the house itself is just lovely. We arrived to a pre-lit fire with scented candles burning in the background, our pre-ordered shop was all neatly packed away and there was a welcome basket full of treats. Not only was there fizz and beer on ice to greet us but the glasses were even chilling in the freezer. All the attention to detail was not missed and made Findhorn House stand out head and shoulders above any other place we have stayed.
The house is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with absolutely everything you need from teas, coffees, hot chocolate, herbs and spices down to toiletries and hand soaps. There are books, magazines, DVD's and a huge selection of board games to keep everyone entertained inside but with the beautiful scenery around theres so much to do and see outside. During our stay it was warm enough for shorts and tee shirts, a picnic on the beach and we managed to fit in some kayaking too.
Hosts Angela & Bryan are fantastic and go out of their way to help and make your stay special. To top everything off Angela messaged to say ...the Northern Lights appeared on the Saturday night. I just cant believe it was when we were out but it does give us an excuse to come back again (as if we ever needed one).

Perfection
We stayed at Findhorn House over New Year and it was absolutely faultless. Stunning views in the most beautiful location. Beautiful interior and spotlessly clean.
Every amenity you could need - boot room, utility room, bath and showers, massive fridge freezer, dishwasher and (as is often not the case in a holiday rental) a fantastic range cooker that is easy to use and WORKS!
Equipped with EVERYTHING you will need - coffee machine and pods, herbal tea selection, cupboard full of herbs, spices and condiments, bubble bath, games and loads more.
A welcome hamper like NOTHING we have ever had. Absolutely chock full of delicious luxury items.
All of this comes as standard as the owners are just fabulous. Fantastic communication from start to finish, welcoming, full of local information and committed to making sure their guests have the best time.
It might not be the cheapest short break out there but we found it was worth every penny and can’t wait to go back.
Thanks again Angela and Brian!

Mesmerising sea views
What a gorgeous apartment in a beautiful setting with mesmerising sea views from every window, but particularly from all FIVE windows in the stunning living area. This accommodation has been very tastefully styled by the owners Angela and Bryan and it is the best equipped and most comfortable we have ever stayed in. They really have put themselves in the shoes of their guests and thought of everything you might need or want for an excellent stay. They provided the best welcome hamper ever with lots of goodies for breakfast and deli items which were perfect for a relaxed supper. Findhorn is very pretty and understated with none of the tourist tack that some of the other villages/towns on the Moray coast have. If you’re looking for time away to relax in a beautiful apartment with a fabulous beach walk on your doorstep, don’t hesitate to book. The Bakehouse store in the village does delicious made to order pizzas at weekends and their coffee is excellent. Further afield in about 20 mins drive is the divine The Kale Yard at Boath for a lovely dinner. All in all, Findhorn House and the village of Findhorn gave us exactly what we wanted - a lovely chilled-out week in the September sunshine.

The rarest gem we've ever found
My family and I have travelled the world, spending time in the most amazing places; and I have to say - our stay at Findhorn House topped them all.
From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of our location. As we were warmly welcomed into our new home, the views flooded in through the large sash windows. Hosted with such a personal touch, what made our stay so special was how every delight was catered for; from the stunning design and comfort of our apartment, to the most thoughtful touches of indulgence. With such close proximity to both the sea and the town, we were able to spend countless hours on the ever-changing turquoise water, enjoy strolls through jaw-dropping scenery, whilst sampling great food at the local eateries. The whole place had the feel of a wholesome, natural, by-gone era. But above and beyond all of this ,what made our stay so precious, was the welcome from Bryan and Angela. They love this place. And their passion, warmth and friendliness spills over into all they do. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their delight was genuinely seeing ours. They have truly put their heart and soul into every aspect of what it is to turn an amazing holiday apartment, into the most exceptional personal experience; one we will never forget. Thank you.

Perfect stay in beautiful house
Really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful house with the family. The house exceeded our expectation with notable attention to detail to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Really liked the AMAZING hamper packed full of goodies and the bath robes.
The house has been refurbished to a high standard and is well located for eating out in the local pubs. I can recommend the fish and chips at the Kimberley Inn. Starve yourself because the portions are big!
The view from the lounge is breathtaking.

Perfect from start to finish
We stayed for 4 nights in June. Findhorn is a lovely place, and Findhorn House is really impressive. It's been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Very clean on check in with the best welcome pack I've ever had. 3 bed, 2 bathroom, boot room, utility and a fabulous kitchen and lounge/dining area. The hosts are really friendly, they let you get on with it but are on hand for advice on where to go etc. The accommodation is above the yacht club and you can use their garden, but it's right on the bay. I loved Findhorn and Findhorn House, and will definitely be back.

The most perfect holiday experience!
We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Findhorn House over the festive period during the Covid-19 pandemic.
We arrived to find an already beautiful Findhorn House fully decorated for Christmas - making our stay even more magical! The welcome hamper gifted to us was beyond anything we could have imagined, filled with goodies and personalised treats.
The length of our stay had to be extended and Angela and Bryan went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we had everything we needed to hand.
Findhorn House has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and more! It is clean, spacious and well stocked. The perfect getaway - quite simply, a home away from home.
Angela and Bryan, we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us - you have been so kind and helpful throughout our stay and have made our first holiday together an extra special one!
If you’re considering booking Findhorn House, absolutely go for it! You won’t be disappointed.
With sincere gratitude,
Fiona and Robbie

5 Star
This property is fantastic with nothing forgotten about with every detail taken care of.
Location is amazing being near the beach, restaurants and the most fantastic views to wake up to every morning. The pictures don't actually do Finhorn House justice as it has been restored to be a modern day delight.

We are in the heart of Findhorn, an idilic conservation village on the Moray Coast. A few minutes walk takes you to cosy restaurants, bars and coffee shops if you don’t fancy cooking or just want to sit and enjoy the ambiance of our peaceful village life. The Bakehouse organic cafe, Kimberly Inn or historic Crown and Anchor pub with a fully stocked Whiskey Bar and open fire are all very popular.
The Captains Table is a friendly waterfront cafe and bar with a new fish n chip shop. They also provide numerous speed boat trips and water taxis.
The stunning, vast sand dunes behind us are a must to watch the sunset or an early morning walk.
There are numerous whiskey distillery’s, golf courses, walking trails, castles and beaches close by.
Getting around
Findhorn is located in Morayshire Scotland, which is renowned for its beautiful beaches, scenery and micro climate, allowing us more sunshine and less rain than many other parts of the UK. The famous Findhorn Foundation is also based here.
Scotland has 4 main airports. Inverness is closest and located 25 miles from us, we are 75 miles from Aberdeen, 165 from Edinburgh and 190 miles from Glasgow airport.
The closest train station is less than 5 miles away in Forres, although we advise hiring a car to enjoy everything Scotland has to offer.
Inverness is a good day out shopping and monster hunting on Loch Ness is always fun.
Culloden battlefield is also on route as is Outlanders famous Clava Cairns!
