Thie Fuinnee is a spacious holiday home in the quaint village of Port St Mary in the Isle of Man, close to the harbour, beach and local shops, restaurants and pubs. Perfect for larger families or small groups of friends, our well appointed holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 large double bedrooms. Extra beds are available on request for younger family members. Our comfortable beds have quality bedding and pillows and crisp, professionally laundered linens. Towels are also provided for each guest. We have two bathrooms (one ground floor), both with bath tub and shower, contemporary white suites, chrome fittings and heated towel rails. It is decorated in tasteful, muted tones and offers the perfect place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. There are a number of cafes and restaurants in Port St Mary offering everything from breakfast and dinner to afternoon tea - Patchwork Cafe on Bay View Road gets great reviews and serves local produce where possible. Port St Mary has a pretty working harbour and a beautiful beach, and offers plenty of opportunity for walking (including the Raad Ny Foillan, which is the Island's coastal path) and cycling and even scuba diving and playing golf.More

The house was very spacious and welcoming, plenty of room for 6 adults to survive the week. In Port St Mary which is about 30 mins drive from Douglas but straightforward to get there. Local pub about 2 mins walk and locals made us feel...More

Stayed at Thie Fuinee with my parents in their 80's and brother and partner,very spacious and extremely well equipped property .Excellant location for exploring the island ,although we hired a car public transport seems really good.More

We were filming for a week on the Island and needed a place to stay! Thie Fuinnee was perfect! A beautiful, spacious house, so accessible to all the locations we had to visit. We absolutely loved our stay and will be staying again! February weather...More

A really lovely property. Modern, spacious, very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of basic groceries provided. Large comfortable lounge. All bedrooms good size with super comfy beds. Would thoroughly recommend. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the island

About the neighbourhood
Port St Mary is a beautiful, sleepy little village in the South of the Island; it has a pretty harbour, a beach, lots of great walks and a golf course. There are a handful of cafes, restaurants and pubs and you can catch experience one of the Island's heritage railways by travelling on the steam train to Port Erin or Douglas. The village is close to one of the Island's premier beauty spots, the Sound and Calf of Man, and Cregneash and the Chasms. If you have an adventurous spirit you can enjoy boat trips, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, and paddle boarding or at South Barrule you can try out the Ape Mann Adventure Park or mountain biking. Travel up the West coast and you can visit the beautiful Niarbyl, White Beach and Glen Maye.
Getting around
Port St Mary is served by a regular bus service and all the Island's buses are modern and clean and have free wifi available to passengers. The steam railway passes through the village travelling to and from Port Erin and Douglas.
