Cosy open plan living room with 2 sofas, one of them is a small double sofa bed suitable for a one person or a couple.
There's a breakfast area, in the living room and a separate kitchen.
Tv and dvd player, radio and CD player, washing machine, fridge freezer. Electric 4 ring hob, electric oven. Microwave. Cooking utensils, food processor, electric whisk,pots, pans, China and cutlery all provided.
Bathroom: a full bath. separate electric shower unit , ( hot shower whenever required) basin and wc.
Drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bedlinens provided.
Close to 24hr supermarket and pubs , restaurants. 5 mins to beach and river walks. 5 mins to Golf courses...

Nice, comfortable house in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The owners are very nice and helpful. Excellent for dogs! It is easy to drive into Edinburgh and other destinations. We can highly recommend walking along the coast at Gullane and a visit to Glenkinchie destilleries.

The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. We had a lovely stay with everything we needed and the owners were very thoughtful and friendly. Nice walks and within easy reach of lovely beaches and the river. Great place to visit.
