Without a doubt, one beautiful place to stay. The cottage itself is very comfortable with all the amenities needed for self catering. The wecome basket was a lovely touch on arrival. Breathtaking views and beautiful grounds, above all Johnny and Dee are the greatest hosts....More

What a lovely, immaculate, and comfortable house this was! The Antrim coast is glorious countryside, and this residence, built up from the stone ruins of a former barn and situated on the grounds of a B&B, is an ideal base from which to explore it....More

The cottage is located 1km from Ballygally village on The Causeway Coastal Route in an idyllic rural setting. Arriving at the cottage there is a sense of 'stepping back in time'. The surrounding farmland and gardens provide a peaceful haven and the panoramic views of The Irish Sea, Scottish Coastline and Antrim Hills are breath-taking.

- The Meeting House pub (aka 'Matties' less than 1km. Traditional Irish pub
with its quaint interior, good food and traditional music sessions on

Arriving in Belfast or travelling from Belfast:
- Follow the road signs to The North / International Airport and A8 Larne
- Exit at Junction 4 onto the Sandyknowes Roundabout, stay in the middle lane at the traffic lights and follow A8 route towards Larne
-Travel 23.5km
- At the Millbrook Roundabout take first exit and follow the signs to Cairncastle, approximately 7km
- Arriving in Cairncastle village, at the Meeting House pub turn right onto
the Cairncastle Road
- about 0.5km down the road turn left onto the lane opposite a cream
farmhouse on the right
- Go to the grey house behind the stone cottage where Johnny or Dee will
greet you and show you round the cottage
