We have some availability in the school summer holidays! 4 Channel View is available from 25 August!

4 Channel View is a beautiful seafront second-floor self-catering holiday apartment with windows overlooking the sea and a Four Star rating. A balcony allows you to sit out and enjoy the view. The rooms are bright, airy and spacious. In addition to a roomy, comfortable lounge there are two bedrooms, one with twin singles, the other with a double and a single bed. A futon in the lounge enables up to 7 guests to be accommodated. Optional extras include cot and highchair. There is a modern bathroom and an additional WC, and the kitchen/dining room completes the package. Everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean and very comfortable. In fact everything there to make a perfect break. Will certainly visit again. The owners were very helpful too.

WOW!........our reaction when we entered no. 4 Channel View. This is an amazingly spacious second floor flat, situated right on the seafront with the plus of an off-road parking space and a balcony where you can enjoy the views whilst having your breakfast. The beds...More

Exmouth is a large and friendly town surrounded by natural beauty. Most famous for its two miles of golden sands, to the east is the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, characterised by red sandstone cliffs in which you can see the fossilised remains of the desert sand dunes that once covered the region. To the north are the East Devon Pebblebed heaths, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with woods, streams and of course heathland. Once a huge river flowed northwards here, bringing distinctive round pebbles from Brittany. The Exe Estuary, a mile and a half wide at Exmouth, is internationally important for its bird life.
