This delightful cottage is close to the village of Knock near to Claremorris and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.The Robin's Nest is a lovely cottage close to the village of Knock just seven miles from Claremorris in County Mayo. The cottage can sleep seven people in three double bedrooms and one en-suite single together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a lawned garden with furniture.The Robin's Nest is a great base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. Region: The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores. Town: The quaint village of Knock is home to one of EuropeÂ’s most famous religious landmarks. The impressive Knock Shrine was apparently the location of an apparition in 1879. The site has such importance that John Paul II visited Knock Shrine himself to commemorate the centenary of the vision. The village now attracts over one million visitors a year and is just a short distance from Knock Airport.More

Very lelaxing

Set in spacious gardens , ideal for anyone who likes peace and quiet . Ideal for shop , pubs and the village of knock . Very peaceful place to stay .

Unfit for human habitation.

The house was filthy; with an infestation of flies, spiders and cobwebs all over the house. We got rid of the flies by using lots of fly killer spray. Uncovered pipes and windows displayed lots of mould. Dust, dirt and dead insects on doors and...More
