House in mint condition and well maintained by its proud owner. Bedroom 1 double bed with ample wardrobe space, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, Bedroom 3 has a futon which rolls out into double bed. Beds in bedrooms 2 & 3 can be adjusted to suit guests requirements. Bathroom with power shower (no bath). Large kitchen with oil fired range for cooking and heating (also electric cooker). Kitchen opens onto cosy sitting room with its wood burning stove and Sky TV. Unlimited broadband throughout. Washing machine and dryer provided. Secluded back garden, south facing and a sun trap. Gas BBQ available for those summer evenings.No need for own transport, public transport stops at bottom of garden.
