Relax in a barefoot lifestyle in this wonderful second row home with exceptional ocean views! 3 on 43rd Avenue is a 2nd row home with outstanding views, spacious decks, and classic style. We love traditional beach homes and are so pleased to be able to offer this immaculate home as an option for your family’s vacation. You always hear it said that location is everything, not only is 3 on 43rd Avenue in a great location, but it has also been recently renovated! Every part of the home has been rejuvenated from a classic 1960's beach home to the comforts of 2014. Careful attention to detail is evident in reworking rooms and spaces to maximize efficiency as well as usefulness while artistically maintaining some of the original materials.
The floor plan of the living area invites you to cook, eat, play games, watch tv, enjoy the company of others, and relax in solitude with all of the modern comforts. Even better than this are views that awaken the soul; from living, dining, eat-in kitchen, and a huge wrap-around porch all relax you. Sit and watch waves crash into the shore during storms or lick the sand softly on calmer days. Additional features include a garage, an elevator and a spacious screened in porch. The upstairs has three bedrooms, three baths, and the wonderful living space mentioned previously. A den and bedroom (with private bath), is located on the first level. Everything has been freshly painted, hardwood floors refinished, and bathrooms have been modified. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining; it has been updated seamlessly. This home is beautifully equipped with everything you may dream of and is prefect for your family.
So come to the beach and choose this as your vacation destination. It promises salt breezes, sea gulls, sunrises, walks along the beach, and awesome outdoor gatherings in a super location! No shoes required!
