The accommodation comprises of a beamed living room with gas wood burner stove for cosy nights in, two large sofas and a flat screen TV. A beamed dining room with wooden floor, a large dining table with chairs to seat 6. Well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen. Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet. First floor: Two beamed bedrooms, each with low sloping ceiling; one double with wash basin and toilet. Twin bedroom. The Hot Tub is for the use of over 16's only.

Cottage was excellent and the owner was very friendly. The situation was very secluded. but was only 5 minutes from a main junction on the A55, very handy for getting into Snowdonia. I can recommend the Cross Foxes at Nannerch for a pub meal

Stayed here for a few days. Flintshire is close to where we live as we didn't want to spend too much time travelling. Babel is close to the A55 but far enough away to feel away from it all. The Threshing Barn is so lovely....More
