We rented this place for our new year's feast and ...
We rented this place for our new year's feast and we had a fantastic time. The living room area is great for a large group to hang out and the basement is essentially a big game room. You can do a lot of stuff in both. The property manager was nice as well and gave us time to pack and get ready when we were late for the checkout. I will have a great memory of the house.

A group of 14 of us + a dog went for a weekend and...
A group of 14 of us + a dog went for a weekend and had a great time! The house was clean and very spacious. The house is right by Lake Ariel and it was so easy to get to.
Make sure that when going, you bring I.D. because you cannot enter the community without the person who booked showing proper I.D. Our overall experience was great and the owners were very responsive. The owner even told us we could stay past the check-out time since there was no group staying after us. The overall experience was amazing, but the one thing is that in one of the bedrooms, there wasn't a bed, but instead a mattress with a cover sheet on it that didn't fit fully. Luckily, we had 2 people in our group who did not mind sleeping there, but I think this should be fixed for future guests. All in all, we would still stay here again, even with the bed issue.

Great for big groups!
