There are 4 bedrooms two with king size double beds and double and one twin room. We can provide cots and a high chair if required. We will inform guests on their arrival day how to gain access to the property with access codes together with all the relevant information on the property via text please provide a mobile no upon booking. We are always on hand if there are any guests needs during your stay. Note: On arrival we charge a £200 security deposit which is fully refundable within 24hrs of departure day this has to be paid to us direct. Note: There are two residential rabbits that live in the garden and are vary independent but don't mind a stroke now and then.

We are just over an hour from Exeter, two hours beyond Bristol. Take the M5 past Exeter then turn onto the A30 for approx 67 miles then take the A391 towards St Austell (approx 4.5 miles) turn onto B3274 for 2 miles turn left onto A3058 (Edgcumbe Road approx 120yds) turn left onto A390 (Penwinnick Road) at roundabout continue on A390 (Trevanion Road) we are on the left hand side of the road.
