I don't live in the local area, but the keys for the cottage will be in a keysafe by the front door, the code to which I will send to you the day before your booking begins. There is a visitor information book in the cottage with my contact details and contact details of the housekeeper if you have an emergency. It also gives details of the local doctors, dentists and hospital, the wifi code, house rules and how things works. There are plenty of ideas of things to do on the cottage website and there are leaflets in the cottage with local attractions and restaurants.
