This 3 bedroom end of terrace holiday chalet is just over a mile from the beaches of the St Ives Bay coast line and the small town of Hayle and it's amenities. In a quieter location of the site, but within easy reach of the site amenities and close to the communal car parking, this property is an ideal base for a great family holiday in Cornwall . To the front there is an A frame picnic bench on the patio, and commanding countryside views to the rear of the property, best enjoyed from the Double Bedroom. The property comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a large 2 seat sofa and tub chair, TV/DVD and with a dining area for 6. The property is carpeted in the open plan areas and bedrooms, with lino in the kitchen area and floor tiles in the bathroom Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms all of which have a light and airy feel due to the inclusion of Velux windows. The Double bedroom features a hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside tables, the Twin bedroom has two single beds and also has a hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside table with the Bunk Room having bunk beds, a hanging space and bedside table. This property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and the golden sand. Just a short drive to Hayle town, then St Ives and Penzance. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include: • tennis court • squash court • swimming pool • sauna • games area • family club • bar area (free wifi) • snooker room • launderette • shop Bar meals and takeaway are available. Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants. • Free wifi in the bar area The surroundings……This property is situated in the beautiful grounds of the historic Tolroy Manor, a short distance south of Hayle. The properties are grouped in three areas around the Manor House which houses the bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. There is a range of facilities available to guests including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, play areas and shop. The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Only a short distance away, approximately one mile, is Hayle itself with harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes and beyond is the fabulous three miles of sand at Hayle beach on St. Ives Bay. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. Linen – We provide duvets and pillows but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you are travelling from aboard of by public transport please let us know as we do carry a limited stock of linen for these situation. This allows us to provide you with the best possible price for your holiday If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties.
