About the neighbourhood
A beautiful and leafy part of London. St Margaret's is a small village with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants, while Richmond, which is a 10 minute walk along the river, is a wonderful shopping centre, set on the beautiful banks of the River Thames. Richmond Theatre is a great venue, Richmond Park and Kew gardens are both very nearby. St Margarets is connected to London Waterloo and the train takes about half an hour. Those interested in the Wimbledon tennis Tournament, a direct train to Wimbledon leaves St Margarets and takes about 35 minutes
Much is walking distance, but I might be able to allow you to use my car if you have adequate insurance… Although parking in London is expensive. This area is very well catered for with public transport, plus the underground and overground trains. There are two adult bikes and one Childs bike in the garage which you are welcome to use.
