The Sands Apartment at 52 has been finished to a high standard, full NAS 2 certified, with wheel chair access, our apartment is perfect for guests with limited mobility. We offer a modern family apartment with clean lines and a contemporary living space, opposite Bridlingtons iconic south beach and newly developed promenades, 30 seconds from the spa royal hall and theatre, and a five minute walk from the town centre. We are ideally located to accommodate for guests of all ages. Apartment 1 at 52 is our ground floor apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is a wet-room) and full central heating, sleeping up to 6 people. really lovely place to stay , everything you need is there. if i did have to say something not so good it would be that in the first bedroom where it states its a double bed it actually is two singles pushed together which i...More

We are in one of Bridlingtons best locations, situated opposite, and with stunning views over our awarding beaches. Just a short walk from the town centre and 100 meters from the Spa Royal Hall and Theatre.

Our central location means that most attractions in the town are within walking distance. The land train runs up and down the promenades just outside the apartment.
