There are also two beach bikes for cruising the neighborhood…Ebb and Flow is sure to please all your vacation needs! Come visit this hidden jewel along the Siletz Bay. “Ebb and Flow” is located on Siletz Bay where ocean and river mingle creating a dynamic and diverse, environment. Twice each day, Siletz Bay’s estuary is the stage for a slow, stately drama influenced by the moon, the sun, the wind, and the rain. Flowing channels, branching and winding across the broad sandflats, are filled with incoming ocean waters. As the bay fills, the rising tide spreads slowly across the Siletz Bay. The ever-deepening waters lift the eelgrass, fill the countless burrows, and creep into tiny channels that penetrate the salt marshes. Finally, the waters surge upstream to the edge of the forest and gently lift trailing branches of rhododendron and cedar. The Siletz Bay estuary is full. For a moment, the drama pauses. Then as the earth turns, the ocean’s push becomes a pull, and the waters of the Siletz Bay estuary recede. Before long, logs at the edge of the salt marsh are grounded on the sand, the eelgrass lies limp and flat, and tiny creatures are stranded in isolated pools of water warming in the sun. Red tailed hawks, bald eagles, and other raptors are seen roosting and a variety of estuarine dependent birds including great blue heron, great egret and many species of waterfowl are foraging in the tidally influenced waters. But in a short time, the cycle will begin again…. Ebb and Flow is conveniently located in Lincoln City on the Siletz Bay within easy reach of two golf courses, bay front seafood restaurants such as Mo’s, Pelican Brew Pup, Kyllo’s, and the many restaurants at Salishan’s Coastal Lodge and the Marketplace at Salishan…plus Chinook Winds Casino, Lincoln City’s Factory Stores and Depoe Bay. If you like Neskowin, Manzanita, Cannon Beach and Gearheart you’ll like the central location of Ebb and Flow. Finders Keepers: Sand, Fire, Glass…It’s An Art! Hand-crafted glass floats being placed along the 7-1/2 miles of public beach in Lincoln City, from the Roads End area to the Cutler City area. You find it, you keep it! Find your own glass float during your stay at Ebb and Flow…located on the Cutler Point Dunes…a favorite hiding location. Siletz Bay and Cutler Point Dunes – A wonderful place to explore! Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.

Siletz Bay
Nice home, major light fixture bulbs out. Attractive great room, but only couch for two comfortable seating. No cushions on cozy bench area - very hard, and overhead light out. Oven dirty, when turned on it began burning what was spilled previously & we tried to clean. Only sitting view is from great room. Floor in kitchen easy to trip on in front of refrigerator due to previous leak or perhaps leaky refrigerator. Nice setting, but next door neighbor looks right into your windows & hot tub. Don’t think we would stay there again unless above changes made.

Great home in a stunning location
This stunning home was perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls. The beach is just steps away, making it easy to take the kayaks out on the bay. There are plenty of flexible sleeping options, a nicely equipped kitchen, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seating options for soaking up the sun. The beach bikes need some serious maintenance, but other than that everything was great.

Enjoying time with family on the bay!
Our Birthdays are a week apart! So we decided to celebrate two birthdays at this beautiful retreat with family that came from California. It could not have been a more perfect time to experience this amazing place we call the Oregon Coast. We had kayaks, crab pots and everything we needed for a good time. The home was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Will be back as soon as we can!

Fun and relaxing place to stay
Nice, newer home with a great open floor plan, large kitchen, waterfront, yet private deck, easy beach access, includes extra like kayaks, bikes, game tables in the garage. Comfortable sleeping for a dozen. 2 bathrooms, and a 3rd bathroom option is a short walk away at the public park next door. Great view of setting sun over the bay from deck or from numerous windows in the house. We had a fun and relaxing week here. We'll come back as soon as we can!

Gorgeous views, Family friendly, Pet friendly beach house
This was a wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday at with extended family. Our tweens really enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Watching the tides come in and out and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets was lovely.

Fabulous house, perfect location, and amenities like hot tub, bikes, kayaks, and ping pong table were an added treat.
This spacious and well appointed house on Siletz Bay is truly fabulous. My wife and I took some close friends along with a couple of teenage girls for a long weekend and nobody wanted to leave---ever. The house is comfortable and full of windows that let in the sun (when it deems to shine) and the views (which are lovely). The girls took the kayaks out into the bay---something we wouldn't have let them do in the ocean or a river---and they had a ball. They also found the hot tub irresistible. We had a great ping pong tournament. We walked the beach which is a really pretty beach near the top of the bay. A quick bike ride will get you to the actual ocean if you must---but the calmness and remoteness (far fewer people) of the bay was wonderful. When the tide goes out, the beach is huge and full of shrimp and clams (yes we dug for clams). The kitchen is large and open---easy for three or more people to be working in the kitchen at the same time. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all together with high ceilings and more windows than you can count. There's a great wooden deck on the front and side of the house, with wooden chairs---a great place to hang out and enjoy the sea air. The decor was beachy, but tasteful. Hardwood floors downstairs were easy to sweep (beach sand accumulates so quickly) and the upstairs master suite is fully carpeted. The beds were dreamy. I'd rate this place a 10 out of 10---and if you knew how hard to please I am, that would tell you just how great this beach house is.

Beautiful Beachfront Accomodation
My family rented the "Ebb and Flow" house for three days to end our Oregon vacation road trip. It was a great house for us. I loved the location on Siletz bay. We could walk out our door to the back porch and take our private path to the beach. We had enough privacy in our yard but such easy access to the beach. Our first morning we walked out on the beach around 8:30 am on Friday and had the beach to ourselves. Not counting the great blue heron, 3 types of sea birds, a bald eagle, but best of all the 10+ sea lions napping on the sand. The house provided us with two kayaks and two crab rings. I loved going out and trying to crab in the kayak. Note: crabbing from a kayak is not the best way to crab, we still caught three crabs, and had lots of fun. The house itself was very nice with three king beds in each of the three rooms. Two sets of bunk beds in one of the rooms was good for the kids. The only issues we had were the appliances were very cheap and only worked so-so. The dishwasher didn't clean our dishes well, nor the washing machine our clothes. Also the laundry facilities was in the bedroom with the bunk beds and make doing the laundry inconvenient. These problems were very minor to me and understandable in a rental house. Everything else was so great I could overlook it. I'm hoping to go back next summer and rent the same house.
